The Manchester trio THE HARA channeled their high-gain rock and performance from classic bands like Queen, AC/DC, and Guns N Roses yet amped up their sound with a modern alternative twist influenced by the dirty riffs, pounding drums and soaring vocals of bands such as Panic! At The Disco, Arctic Monkeys and Royal Blood. THE HARA are Josh Taylor, Zack Breen and Jack Kennedy. Taylor found Breen and Kennedy online after advertising for “musicians looking to join rock band”.
Although comprising of only three instruments - and no live bass guitar - the trio made their presence undeniably known with Breen’s fiery riffs, Kennedy’s ear-shattering drum solos, and Taylor’s face-melting high vocals. Using an intricate system of pads, triggers, and tracks THE HARA have crafted their sound to emulate thirty instruments on stage instead of three.
